Dr. Sweeney is a Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst (COBA), Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D), and holds a license in Special Education and Elementary Education. She received her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Ohio State University and her Doctorate in Special Education from Kent State University. She has been working with children with autism for over 20 years. Behavior Analysts – Jennifer Sweeney, Ph.D., BCBA-D, COBA
Dr. Jennifer Sweeney, is the Founder and Director of Solutions Behavioral Consulting. Using high quality Applied Behavior Analysis practices and principles, Dr. Sweeney and her staff provide behavioral consultation services for families with children who have an autism spectrum disorder, and/or other behavioral needs. In addition, Dr. Sweeney has served on the Board for the Ohio Association for Behavior Analysis since 2011. In 2014, she was appointed to Secretary until 2018, when she was elected to President-Elect.
Dr. Sweeney completed her doctorate in Special Education under Dr. Melody Tankersley at Kent State University. She completed her Masters of Arts in Special Education in 2003 at Ohio State where her thesis was, “The Effects of Behavioral Momentum on the Non-compliance Behaviors of Children with Autism.” Dr. Sweeney has subsequently received her Board Certification for Behavior Analysis, and holds licenses in Special Education-Developmentally Handicapped: Grades K-12, and Elementary Education: Grades 1-8.
Carrie Yasenosky, M.Ed., BCBA, COBA
Carrie Yasenosky is a Behavioral Consultant with Solutions Behavioral Consulting. Carrie completed her bachelor’s degree in Mild/Moderate Special Education at Kent State University in 2002. She then went on to receive a Master’s degree in Education from Kent State University with an emphasis in Early Childhood Intervention which included a practicum in the area of Early Intervention (Birth through age 3) and also teaching preschoolers with special needs. In January of 2011, Carrie received her Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst after post-graduate coursework at Penn State University, supervised field experience spanning over 12 months of full-time work using the principles of applied behavior analysis and passing a national certification exam.
Carrie has spent nine years as a classroom teacher. During this time, Carrie taught students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities as well as trained classroom and school staff on strategies for behavior intervention, skill acquisition, and generalization, and data collection. She has received intense training in program development and implementation, collecting and analyzing data, and implementation of behavioral intervention strategies. She also has an extensive background in reading instruction including phonemic awareness, phonics instruction and well as sight word reading instruction.Carrie is dedicated to helping families and children overcome the behavioral, developmental, and social obstacles necessary to live a happy and productive life.
Stacy Cianciolo, M.Ed., BCBA, COBA
Stacy Cianciolo has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for 8 years and has worked with children with autism and related disabilities for nearly 18 years. Stacy has an M.Ed. in Educational Psychology and has completed additional graduate coursework in special education. She has worked as a BCBA in home settings, public schools and private schools and has served children ages two through adolescence with a speciality in early intervention and severe behavior. She is also a mother of three and an advocate for whole child intervention, wellness and parent and school collaboration.
Gina Seminaroti, M.Ed., BCBA, COBA
Gina Seminaroti became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2016. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Education with a concentration in Speech Language Pathology at The University of Toledo. Later, she received a Master’s Degree in Education at Kent State University. Gina has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for over 10 years in both home and school settings, working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Gina enjoys music, road trips and exploring different parts of the United States while meeting new people along the way!
Nikki Williams, BCBA, COBA
Nikki received her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and a Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst with over 8 years of experience serving children, adolescents, and adults with Autism and developmental delays in Ohio. She is currently working towards her Doctoral degree in School Psychology at The Ohio State University. In addition to her work as a Clinical Trainer at Solutions Behavioral Consulting, she works as a Clinical Auditor with the BHCOE. She is also an instructor of special education for Ball State University’s online ABA program. Nikki serves as the Professional Standards Chair for The Ohio Association for Behavior Analysis and is the Treasurer for the Student Affiliates of School Psychology at Ohio State. She is very passionate about working with young educators, ensuring they have a firm foundation in the science of behavior, theoretical, and philosophical concepts.
Audrey M. Jones, B.A., BCaBA
Audrey M. Jones is a Behavioral Consultant with Solutions Behavioral Consulting. Audrey’s responsibilities as a consultant include overseeing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for children affected by an autism spectrum disorder and other developmental or behavioral challenges. This includes designing comprehensive, individualized, academic and behavioral programming for the children she works with, as well as providing training for parents, teachers, and tutors in the methodologies and implementation of behavioral intervention.
Audrey began her studies in Psychology at Mount Union College where she attended for 3 years, and completed her Bachelors of the Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Akron in 2001. Audrey then continued to further her education by completing graduate coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas.
In 2003, Audrey began working for Nationwide Children’s Hospital’s Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders, Intensive Behavioral Intervention Program as a senior aide and later as a case supervisor. During this time, Audrey received intense training in program development and implementation, collecting and analyzing data, and the implementation of behavioral intervention strategies.
In 2004, Audrey received her Board Certification as an Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) after a culmination of graduate coursework, hands-on experience hours, and passing a national certification exam.
Audrey is passionate about helping children and families who have been affected by an autism spectrum disorder. She is a yearly participant and team leader for Walk Now for Autism events benefiting Autism Speaks, and a team leader and supporter of Akron Walks for Autism events
Speech Therapist – Juliana Carrus, MA, CCC-SLP
Juliana Carrus is a licensed Speech Language Pathologist. She has worked in the field of Special Education for 12 years, primarily with children with autism and emotional behavior disorders.Juliana Carrus is a licensed Speech Language Pathologist. Mrs. Carrus received her BS in Communication Disorders from Boston University and her MA in Speech Language Pathology from Case Western Reserve University. She is currently working towards becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst as she completes coursework for an M.Ed and a Behavior Intervention Specialist certificate program at Kent State University.
Prior to Solutions Behavioral Consulting, Mrs. Carrus was a Speech Language Pathologist at the Positive Education Program with a caseload of students ranging from age 5 to age 15. She has extensive experience in developing home based programs, parent and caregiver training, and augmentative and alternative communication training.
Juliana Carrus is married with 4 children. She is passionate and committed to supporting parents, teachers, and colleagues in encouraging the development of functional communication skills in children.

Practice Manager – Ashley Cales
Ashley joined our SBC team in August of 2017 as our Practice Manager. She has a background in healthcare management, as well as nursing. Previously, Ashley has worked in management for a mobile medical clinic and also for Summa Physician.
Outside of work Ashley enjoys spending time with her family. She has 4 young nieces and nephews, and a stepson. She is very committed to helping others and being an active member in her community!
